This $14 million, ground-up development will feature 104 premium guest rooms and will be structurally engineered to optimize both business and leisure travel comfort. Slated for a 24-month construction timeline, this modern facility will house a state-of-the-art full kitchen, expansive meeting spaces, and custom-built amenities, ultimately delivering a top-tier lodging experience while serving as a major catalyst for the city’s robust commercial expansion.

Our upcoming new-build project will bring a premier extended-stay experience to Mission, Texas, through the construction of a modern 3-story Residence Inn by Marriott. Spanning over 88,000 square feet on a 2.12-acre site, the 104-key facility will be constructed utilizing high-quality wood framing coupled with elegant wood cladding and premium cultured stone accents. Engineered for superior energy efficiency with low-emissivity (Low-E) insulated glazing, the property will offer guests spacious, residential-style suites equipped with full kitchens, alongside upscale shared outdoor spaces designed to provide the ultimate flexibility for long-term travelers.

We will soon break ground on an innovative IHG dual-brand hotel, strategically located at the intersection of Morrison Rd. and Pablo Kisel Blvd. as a premier anchor for the upcoming 35-acre Morrison Square master development.

We will soon execute a comprehensive exterior and interior renovation of the Comfort Suites in Mission, Texas, aimed at completely elevating the property to meet modern upscale hospitality standards. This strategic remodel will feature a sweeping revitalization of the building's facade—including an upgraded porte-cochere and enhanced exterior aesthetics—as well as extensive interior capital improvements. Guests will soon be welcomed into a fully modernized lobby, revamped communal areas, and upgraded guest suites featuring contemporary finishes, ensuring a refreshed lodging experience that aligns perfectly with the evolving demands of today's travelers.

Currently undergoing a multi-phase modernization, the Hampton Inn & Suites located near the Mission Event Center is receiving a substantial remodel designed to dramatically enhance the overall guest experience. Scheduled to be fully unveiled in 2026, our team is carefully revitalizing the property's interiors and operational areas while ensuring essential amenities remain accessible. This future-facing renovation includes comprehensive updates to guest rooms and communal corridors, introducing modern flooring, upgraded lighting fixtures, and refreshed design elements that strictly adhere to Hilton's latest standards of contemporary comfort and operational efficiency.

Our dedicated construction management team is currently executing a targeted, phased interior renovation at the Hampton Inn Houston/Stafford, with a scheduled completion in late Spring 2026. Focused on meticulous quality control with minimal guest disruption, this remodel will transform select guestrooms and critical common areas by upgrading outdated fixtures, modernizing bathroom footprints, and installing contemporary, high-durability finishes. Once these comprehensive updates are finalized, the 85-room, 3-story property will offer a completely revitalized environment that perfectly complements its existing indoor pool and robust business facilities in the heart of the Southwest Houston corporate district.
